CLASSROOM EXPECTATIONS
Cell Phone
I believe cell phones can be a useful tool in the classroom when used properly. While I do allow cell phone use for some lessons, on a daily basis I require them to be away. They are distracting to students during directions and lectures, and they inhibit productivity during class. Students should be able to manage without their phones during a class block.

Tardy
Being on time is a necessary skill to have throughout your life. Showing up on time shows people that you are trustworthy, reliable, professional and it builds a strong reputation for your character. It also shows respect to others who are waiting on you.

Late Work
Late work will ONLY be accepted during a SmartLunch. To receive credit you must sign the "Late Assignment Sheet" and stay for the entire SmartLunch, and may only hand in late work for one lesson per SmartLunch attended.

- Accept late work if it is not signed on the "Late Assignment Sheet".
- Accept late work if you have not attended SmartLunch to hand it in.
Plagiarism
While students are allowed to collaborate on assignments, they still must turn in their own work. If students are caught copying files, both parties will be held accountable. Each student will receive a zero, and further punishment will be determined.
